WORK OUTS | DOUBLE’S OPTION

For the final week, you have the option to do two work outs at different times of the day (That’s a total of 1 hour folks! Totally doable!!!). Here’s the breakdown

  1.  Total Body Cardio Fix + Pilates Fix
  2. Upper Fix + Cardio Fix
  3. Lower Fix + 10 Minute Fix for Abs
  4. Pilates Fix + Total Body Cardio Fix
  5. Cardio Fix + Upper Fix
  6. Dirty 30 + Pilates Fix
  7. Yoga Fix
